This cooler with 5 shelves for the organized storage of medicines (DIN 13277) features a 2.2" color display (12 languages, including Dutch) that can also be operated while wearing gloves. In the event of a temperature alarm, SmartLock automatically locks the cooler door, preventing medicines with an interrupted cold chain from accidentally entering circulation. Authorized persons can unlock the lock again. To ensure full traceability, the integrated data logger records the temperature profile, alarm history, and service information for 5 years.
This medical refrigerator is suitable for the professional storage of products at a
temperature of 5 °C. Typical products that can be stored are refrigerated medicines, pharmaceuticals, or other pharmaceutical products in a temperature range of 2 °C to 8 °C
must be stored. The device complies with the requirements of DIN 13277 for refrigeration and freezer storage equipment for laboratory and medical applications.
When storing valuable or temperature-sensitive substances or products, the use of an independent, permanently monitoring alarm system is required. This alarm system must be designed in such a way that any alarm is immediately recorded by a responsible person,who can then take appropriate measures.
